Ruslan Baisarov purchases 20% of the Russian Copper Company's stock17.02.2011 — News SVERDLOVSK REGION. Russian businessman Ruslan Baisarov has become the owner of 20% of the shares of the Russian Copper Company Ltd. The press service of the Russian Copper Company has informed "RusBusinessNews" that he has purchased this stock of shares from the Russian Copper Company Ltd. (RCC) and will be one of the members in the Board of Directors of the company. The Russian Copper Company (RCC) was established in 2004, and at present ranks third among the Russian manufacturers of refined copper, in terms of the output. RCC's production facilities produce 200 thousand tons of copper cathodes and 190 thousand tons of copper rod annually, thus accounting for 19% of the Russian and 1% of the world copper market. RCC includes 20 mining and metallurgical factories operating in the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg, and Novgorod Regions, Altay District, Republic of Dagestan and Republic of Kazakhstan. |
