Diefenbach will improve environmental safety of the Russian Copper Company29.09.2011 — News CHELYABINSK REGION. The Kyshtym Cooper Electrolyte Plant, CJSC (a member of the Russian Copper Company, CJSC) is going to commission the filtration facility on September 30, 2011. The equipment has been supplied by Diefenbach, an Italian company. The Press Service of the Russian Copper Company has informed RusBusinessNews that the facility will replace pressure filters in the copper electrolysis department. This will allow the plant to reach the maximum level of treatment of industrial waste and to improve working conditions. The Kyshtym Cooper Electrolyte Plant is an advanced and environmentally safe industrial enterprise. It can produce up to 120 thousand tons of copper cathodes and 90 thousand tons of copper rod annually. In total, the production facilities of the Russian Copper Company produce 200 thousand tons of copper cathodes and 200 thousand tons of copper rod a year. |
