Uralvagonzavod intends to buy 50% of the shares in Motovilikhinskie Zavody, OJSC03.02.2012 — News PERM TERRITORY. The Uralvagonzavod research and production company, OJSC has made an offer to purchase a 35% stake in Motovilikhinskie Zavody, OJSC. But there have been no results as yet from the negotiations with the current owners, because the two sides differ on price. Oleg Siyenko, the general director of Uralvagonzavod, told RusBusinessNews that his company has already purchased 15% of the shares in the Perm company that has 1.488 billion rubles of capital stock, and that Uralvagonzavod intends to increase its stake to 50%. But it remains unclear whether Uralvagonzavod will buy the shares on its own, or if this will be a joint purchase with the Rostechnologii corporation, which already owns a 35% stake in Motovilikhinskie Zavody, OJSC. |
