VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation expects to pay shareholders more than 305 million rubles

On June 29, 2012 there will be a meeting of the shareholders of VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC.

The corporation's press office told RusBusinessNews that the owners of the securities will approve the financial statements from the company's 2011 operations and will distribute the company's profits.

Previously, VSMPO's board of directors advised the shareholders' meeting to pay out dividends amounting to 26.5 rubles per security, based on last year's results. It is planned to allocate 305.7 million rubles for this purpose, which totals 10% of VSMPO's 2011 net profits.
