VSMPO-AVISMA has signed an Indian memorandum

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Indian state-owned metallurgical company Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) and the Indo-Russian Science and Technology Centre (IRSTC).

The corporation's press office told RusBusinessNews that these organizations will work together to carry out a number of joint projects to promote titanium products in promising sectors on the global market, such as aviation, the automotive industry, and energy.

Indian experts feel that VSMPO-AVISMA's experience in titanium and other industries will be helpful in the creation of a Russian-Indian joint venture. The Indian state-owned enterprise Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited specializes in the production of special alloys.
