Uralvagonzavod intends to buy 100% of the shares of Motovilikhinskie Zavody, OJSC28.09.2012 — News PERM TERRITORY. The Uralvagonzavod Research and Production Corporation, OJSC has received permission from the Federal Antimonopoly Service to purchase 100% of the shares of Motovilikhinskie Zavody, OJSC, located in Perm. The petition was filed with the FAS by the corporation’s subsidiary - Ural Heavy Equipment - Uralvagonzavod, CJSC. Uralvagonzavod RPC’s CEO, Oleg Siyenko, previously told RusBusinessNews that 15% of the Perm company’s stock had already been purchased and that UVZ planned to increase its stake to 50%. Motovilikhinskie Zavody has capital stock worth 1.488 billion rubles. Two Dutch companies, NL Metal Holding B.V. and Buensli B.V., joined the shareholders of Motovilikhinskie Zavody in August 2012, each with a 17.5% stake. The state-owned firm Rosoboronexport also owns 25% of the Perm company, and the Splav State Research and Production Association, OJSC, based in Tula, holds 10%. |
