VSMPO to take part in Airshow China

The VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC will present aluminum profiles, titanium plates, sheets, rods, and forgings at Airshow China-2012, which will take place from Nov. 13-18 in Zhuhai.

The corporation’s press office told RusBusinessNews that China is one of the most promising markets for VSMPO. Thin-walled titanium profile from Verkhnyaya Salda is used in the production of the Chinese ARJ-21 regional passenger plane and the medium-haul, narrow-body C-919.

At the previous airshow, contracts and letters of understanding worth approximately 9.3 billion USD were signed.
