Net profits of VSMPO-AVISMA rose 2.4 times

In 2012, net profits of the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC amounted to 7.333 billion rubles (in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards), which is more 2.4 times than in 2011.

The corporation’s press office told RusBusinessNews that revenue for the year increased by 34% - up to 40.775 billion rubles, and gross profits totaled 15.663 billion rubles, an increase by 47.8%. EBT rose 2.35 times, to 9.166 billion rubles.

This increase was the result of gains in labor productivity and a rise in the profit margin on sales, from 19% in 2011 to 25% in 2012.
