ChTZ-URALTRAC bulldozers to be assembled in Belarus

ChTZ-URALTRAC, LLC, a subsidiary of the Uralvagonzavod Research and Production Corporation, and the Minsk Tractor Works production association have signed a cooperation agreement. The companies intend to begin exchanging vehicle assembly kits.

Uralvagonzavod’s press office told RusBusinessNews that ChTZ-URALTRAC's facilities might begin assembling the Belarus 1502 crawler tractor from imported parts. But first they need to determine if there is demand in Russia for this model.

In turn, Minsk Tractor Works is exploring the possibility of producing bulldozers at its own facilities built from assembly kits from Chelyabinsk.
