The Russian Copper Company is changing its logo10.07.2013 — News MOSCOW The Russian Copper Company Group intends to announce a change to its logo during the international INNOPROM 2013 exhibition. The symbol has retained its triangular shape, but the color scheme now reflects the changing hues of copper and copper-bearing ore as they are transformed into copper cathode and wire rod. Because of its shape, the previous monochrome logo was only associated with mining. The company's new logo reflects the heart of its business: a vertically integrated holding company for the mining and production of copper. RCC's press office told RusBusinessNews that the group currently unites ten mining and metallurgical businesses. RCC produces 20% of Russia's copper and is the country's third biggest manufacturer of copper cathode and the number two producer of wire rod. |
