The T-90S has been demonstrated to the Peruvian military

The Uralvagonzavod Research and Production Corporation, OJSC presented its T-90S tank to the commanding general of the Peruvian Army, Ricardo Moncada Novoa, and to the republic's senior military leaders.

UVZ's press office told RusBusinessNews that the presentation was held during both day and nighttime hours. The combat vehicle demonstrated its road performance and ability to shoot using all types of weapons.

The T-90S crew carried out all their assignments successfully.

The Peruvian military has long expressed an interest in the T-90S. The army of that republic plans to entirely update its tank fleet and is currently in the process of selecting the country that will supply the new equipment that will replace the Russian-made T-55s currently in service.
