Urals Airlines to Lease 6 Airbus Planes in 2014

Urals Airlines plans to lease 6 new Airbus 320 aircraft in 2014.

This transaction will be financed through the letters of credit issued by VTB bank for the total amount of USD 2 mln.

As the Urals Airlines press office informed RusBusinessNews these opened backup letters of credit were a standard financial instrument for execution of leasing agreements.

Urals Airlines is rated among top 5 leading Russian airlines. In 2012, over 3.5 mln people used the services of this carrier. The core of airline fleet is represented by 30 Airbus aircraft.
