VSMPO-AVISMA and Boeing have extended the term of the agreement till 202217.07.2014 — News SVERDLOVSK REGION The VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC, and aircraft manufacturer Boeing have extended their bilateral supply agreement for titanium rolled products till 2022. Previously, its effective term was till 2018. The VSMPO-AVISMA Press Service has informed RusBusinessNews that under the agreement the Urals-based corporation will supply Boeing and its vendors with rolled products for manufacturing of commercial jetliners. The aircraft building corporation and its partners will receive titanium products through the network of VSMPO-AVISMA sales offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and China. The mechanical tooling of titanium parts for the Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 Dreamliner is carried out by the Russian and American joint venture - Ural Boeing Manufacturing in Verkhnyaya Salda. |
