Ural Airlines have bought the fifth "small-size" Airbus21.05.2014 — News SVERDLOVSK REGION Ural Airlines received a small-size A319 airliner from Turkey. The airliner is the most compact model in the Airbus "three hundred twenty" family. It is the fifth aircraft of this type in the fleet of Ural Airlines. The air carrier’s Press Service has informed RusBusinessNews that the cabin of the new Airbus A319 can accommodate 134 passengers, including 8 passengers in the Business Class. The airline company is planning to use the aircraft both for international and domestic flights. The A319 airliner is the fourth aircraft the airline company has added to its fleet in 2014. The airline launched its fleet upgrading and replacement program in 2006. At the moment, Ural Airlines are operating 34 aircraft (19 – A320, 10 – A321, 5 – A319). The airline company ranks among the top five Russian air carriers. Over 2013 the airline company provided services to more than 4.4 million passengers. |
