The units of Azot, a subsidiary of UCC URALCHEM, OJSC, has launched large-scale overhaul repairs.

The Press Service of Azot has informed RusBusinessNews that the company will invest over 1.2 billion rubles for these purposes.

The most extensive works will be unleashed in the shops of an ammonia, carbamide, granulated ammonia nitrate and dilute nitric acid large-capacity plant. In particular, it is scheduled to reconstruct the electrical substations, assemble an ammonia nitrate reservoir and update an automatic monitoring system of targeted substances and others.
