VSMPO-AVISMA’s shareholders will receive extra dividends

VSMPO-AVISMA intends to pay interim dividends to its shareholders, as it achieved its best-ever financial performance in the first six months of 2016.

As RusBusinessNews has been informed by the Corporation’s Press Service, the decision will be made by absentee ballot at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 21.

The Board of Directors of the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, PJSC, put forward a proposal on paying interim dividends based on the first six-month performance in 2016, in an amount of 816 rubles per ordinary share. The list of the persons qualifying for the dividends will be announced by October 3.

The Corporation’s revenue over January – July totaled 36.391 billion rubles. The net profit went up to 13.657 billion rubles, demonstrating a 4.67 billion increase as compared to the net profit of the same period in the previous year.
