VSMPO-AVISMA presented with a prestigious award at the governor's residence

The VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation earned the Number One annual award given by the Urals industrialists and entrepreneurs in the category For Corporate Strengthening of Family Values. The award ceremony was held in Ekaterinburg at the residence of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region.

 

Employees are VSMPO-AVISMA's most important and valued resource. As a result, the company promotes social support for employees and their families in addition to fair pay. The company annually invests about 1.5 billion rubles in the corporate social sphere, the average wage at the enterprise today is 68,000 rubles, the corporation's press service told RusBusinessNews.

The Number One Award is granted to the most successful and effective industrialists and entrepreneurs in the Urals as a sign of public appreciation for the implementation of initiatives that have improved the region's economic prosperity and standard of living.

 

The award was established in 2016 by the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Urals Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its goals are to unite industrialists and entrepreneurs' efforts to enhance the business climate, elevate the status of Urals businesses throughout the nation and the world, and maintain a balance between the interests of the society, government, and business.
