Sverdlovsk Oblast Plants Closure Prohibited by Governor Rossel

No enterprise of the Sverdlovsk Oblast can be closed without the approval of the regional authorities. The measure aims to keep production and, most importantly - human resource potential of the region, said Eduard Rossel, the Oblast Governor. "Circumstances concerning each enterprise the owners are planning to close, need careful consideration. If a company proves inefficient, all possible measures must be taken to change its production profile," the Governor pointed out.
