Urals Air Carriers Get Ready For New Conditions Of Flights To Europe10.11.2009 — News Air carriers in the Urals Federal District which have the right to fly to Europe have submitted to the EU representatives the fuel consumption monitoring plan. For Ural Airlines, UTair, and Yamal this is the first stage of work on the greenhouse gas emissions quota programme. During 2010 air carriers will monitor the consumption of the aviation kerosene.
