Company detailsJoint-Stock Airline Company Ural AirlinesUral Airlines, OJSC, rank among the top six Russian air carriers. In 2011, the airline provided services to more than 2,500,000 passengers. The core of Ural Airlines’ fleet is composed of modern and comfortable airliners of the European concern Airbus. At the moment, the carrier is operating 25 aircraft from international manufacturers (16 and 9 airliners of A320 and A321 families, respectively). In June 2012, Ural Airlines opened their own pilot training center equipped with today’s most advanced simulator of the Airbus 320 family. The airline is steadily extending its flight geography, which covers more than 120 destinations in Russia, near abroad and foreign counties. In 2012, Ural Airlines launched new international scheduled flights, offering the following routes: Moscow-Cologne, Nizhny Novgorod-Prague, Tyumen-Karlovy Vary. The map of the summer program was extended substantially; in summer 2012 the airline launched such flights as Mineralnye Vody-Barcelona, Moscow-Tivat, and Chelyabinsk-Burgas as well as flights from Nizhny Novgorod to Simferopol and Varna, from Krasnodar to Barcelona and Paphos. In October, the carrier offered the scheduled flight from Rostov-on-Don to Moscow. |
