Nizhnevartovsk industrial companies produced products for 405 billion rubles

Based on the performance of 2011, Nizhnevartovsk companies produced products and provided services for 407.6 billion rubles.

The oil and gas producing companies account for 80% of the amount - last year they produced 33.9 million tons of oil and 7.5 billion cubic meters of gas. By 2015 the output of black gold is expected to remain unchanged, while the output of natural gas will increase to 8.4 billion cubic meters. In this context, Nizhnevartovsk expects to have gas processing operations expanded - last year its companies increased the production of dry gas by 7% to 4.8 million cubic meters; the production of liquefied gas was increased by 0.8% to 13.2 thousand tons, while the output of unstable natural gasoline went up by 1.2%, reaching 1.5 million tons.

Alla Badina, head of the Nizhnevartovsk administration, has informed RusBusinessNews that the fixed capital expenditures increased by 1.3% to 50.3 billion rubles. 37 billion rubles was raised by oil and gas producing companies that made investment in associated gas collection and transportation projects and well development. Substantial investment was attracted to residential development, transportation and communications in Nizhnevartovsk. In 2012 the amount of investment is expected to reach 53-54 billion rubles.
