Tyumen Oblast Will Increase Exports of Construction Materials to Kazakhstan22.04.2009 — News THE TYUMEN OBLAST. Production of autoclave aerated concrete wall blocks started in the Tyumen oblast. The Porevit construction materials plant boasts a 350 thousand cubic metres annual production capacity - enough to build a small town. The company informed RusBusinessNews that the cost of equipment by the German MASA HENKE Maschinenfabrik GmbH including engineering and supervised installation is estimated at 17 million Euro. The project is being implemented by Partner, a Tyumen holding company. By the end of 2009 Porevit is planning to launch another three production lines - for calcium silicate bricks (annual capacity of 110 million pieces), dry mixes (70 thousand tons a year), and artificial stone (160 thousand cubic metres a year). Such diversified plant with independent production lines will become the second in Russia and the only one in the Urals-Siberian region. According to Vladimir Yakushev, the Governor of the region, the demand for Porevit products will be high both in the Tyumen oblast and in the neighbouring Kazakhstan thanks to affordable pricing. Building a house with the total area 100 square metres with 30 centimetre thick walls will take a little more than 50 cubic metres of aero concrete, which would cost about 168 thousand roubles currently. |
