In the last two years, URALCHEM's labor productivity has increased 60%

During the years 2010 and 2011, productivity at the United Chemical Company URALCHEM, OJSC has risen 57.9% according to the TP-index, which compares a company's sales with the size of its workforce.  URALCHEM was rated one of the three most efficient firms in Russia.

The company's press office told RusBusinessNews that STEP Consulting compiled the rankings, which included 30 Russian firms from 17 different industries.  Their average increase in productivity from 2010 to 2011 was 20.2%.
