URALCHEM is Russia's number-one ammonia producer13.02.2013 — News MOSCOW In 2012, the United Chemical Company URALCHEM, OJSC produced 2.782 million tons of ammonia - more than any other Russian company. URALCHEM's press office told RusBusinessNews that the company’s annual growth in the production of this product amounted to 3%. In addition, the company's output of diammonium phosphate has gone upby 64%, compound fertilizers - by 8%, commercial-grade ammonia - 7%, and carbamide - 5%. UCC URALCHEM, OJSC shipped out a total of 6.024 million tons of finished products in 2012. This included 2.6 million tons of ammonium nitrate, 1.2 million tons of carbamide, 0.6 million tons of compound fertilizers, and 0.4 million tons of ammonium phosphate.
