UMMC investing 190 million rubles in factory in Kurgan region

190 million rubles will be invested in developing the Shadrinsk Automobile Unit Plant OJSC (a company of the car-building complex of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company in Kurgan region) in 2013. This is a 30% increase over the previous year.

As reported to RusBusinessNews by UMMC's press service, the funding will go towards reconstruction and technical retooling of the company's subdivisions.

A new 300-ton-force SLX-300 mechanical press was recently commissioned at the Shadrinsk Automobile Unit Plant. The equipment, supplied by Taiwanese manufacturer Chin Fong, will be used to produce support plates and covers for automotive heat exchangers. The unit has been proven to produce high-quality work and is very quiet and easy to operate.
