Urals Offices Need European Management27.05.2009 — News EASI (European Alliance of Solutions and Innovations) is entering the Russian property management market. Saint Petersburg's Becar Realty Group has been appointed its authorised representative. A source within the company told RusBusinessNews that the leading player of the European property maintenance and cleaning services market is starting operations in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, and will also consider projects in the Urals. Today's property maintenance and management market is virtually an empty niche with no more than 200 players in it, whilst e.g. in Germany there are over 19 thousand companies in the segment. The Urals market is very attractive for foreign companies as most commercial properties are currently not managed by anyone. Local developers have no capacities to enter this market segment because of the tough economic situation. EASI was founded in 2006. The alliance currently manages over 153 million square metres of various properties, its annual turnover standing at 122 million euros. |
