Passenger traffic at Ural Airlines has increased by 18%

Ural Airlines transported 4,052 million passengers between January and Sept. of 2014, which is 18% more than during the same period last year.

Total passenger traffic during 9 months increased by 16%, totaling 10.5 billion passenger-kilometers.

As it was announced by the airline’s press office to RusBusinessNews, Ural Airlines has flown 31,054 flights since the beginning of the year, 16,245 of which were to international destinations.

As of January 2014, Ural Airlines is now one of the top five major Russian airlines in terms of volume of traffic, serving over 4.4 million passengers in 2013.  Ural Airlines currently operates 35 Airbus aircraft.
