Shareholders of VSMPO-AVISMA to be paid dividends of 9.6 billion rubles

Following the results of 2014, the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC, will pay significant dividends to its shareholders.

By the decision of the Corporation’s Board of Directors, they will receive over 831 rubles per one ordinary share. The authorized capital of VSMPO-AVISMA consists of more than 11.5 million shares; therefore the dividends will amount to 9.58 billion rubles.

The Press Service of the Corporation has informed RusBusinessNews that the Corporation’s Board of Directors also recommended to pay remuneration to the members of the governing body. For activity in the past year, each shareholder is to be paid over 574 thousand rubles.
