Around-the-world flight L 410 of UMMC will be over in November26.10.2015 — News SVERDLOVSK REGION The avia-novelty of UMMC – the aircraft L 410 UVP-E20 continues its first around-the-world flight that started in Kunovice (the Czech Republic) on October 8. The journey will continue till the end of November. The L 410 UVP-E20 visited Xian, where it took part in the Chinese International General Aviation Exhibition. As RusBusinessNews has been informed by the UMMC Press Service, in November the L 410 will be shown at the NBAA-2015 International Aviation Convention in Las Vegas; the aircraft received an American certificate of airworthiness from FAA in summer 2015. The route to the United States will be through Pucheng and Harbin, Khabarovsk, Magadan, Anadyr, Anchorage in Alaska and Canadian Port Hardy, with stopovers in the airports of these cities. The flight will be a record breaker in the history of such aircraft, in terms of distance and duration. In total, the pilots of the L 410 UVP-E20 will spend 72 hours in the air and will cover almost 30 thousand kilometers. The longest voyages for the Czech models have been flights to Australia, Singapore and Bolivia so far. |
