In 2016, the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, PJSC, plans to keep its investment in development and production upgrading at the level of 8-10 billion rubles.

As RusBusinessNews has been informed by Mikhail Voevodin, General Director of the Corporation, the budgeting process has just started and all the figures are being scrutinized and discussed.

"We have a lot of foreign equipment, and even in the equipment from Russian manufacturers imported components account for a large percentage, and the prices for these components depend on currency exchange rates. Today, the foreign portion of the equipment is very difficult to calculate," M. Voevodin noted.

The General Director of VSMPO-AVISMA confirmed the plan to increase the output by 40% by 2020. In 2015, the company’s portfolio of orders totals 28.8 thousand tons of titanium.
