Hilton Hotel in Perm Exceeds Target Revenue

In January - March 2009 revenue of Hilton Garden Inn amounted to 23.5 million roubles, which is 110% higher than the target.

Four-star Hilton Garden Inn Perm was commissioned in September 2008; it was converted from the renovated Plaza Olympia Hotel. The hotel's revenue for the five months of the previous year amounted to 97 million roubles. The 2009 forecast for the hotel is 122 million roubles.

BS Hospitality Management told RusBusinessNews that the hotel rooms contribute 60% of the revenue. Average occupancy rate of its 102 rooms is 47%. The hotel manages to attract more clients due to its cooperation with Lufthansa and Serial Partners, as well as travel agencies.
