New iPhone 3G S Will Talk to Its Owner
12.06.2009 — News On June 19 Apple will start selling the iPhone 3G S in the U.S. and five European countries. The new version of the mobile device that was unveiled on 9 June at World Wide Developers' Conference (WWDC) is up to 2x faster and more responsive than iPhone 3G. This is what letter S stands for - Speed. The smartphone retains a form factor and design that is identical to the current iPhone 3G; meanwhile, it can record 30-fps VGA video and, with its improved performance and updated 3D graphics, delivers an incredible experience to its owner. It has more memory than the original iPhone - Apple will sell two models of the iPhone 3G S: 16GB and 32GB. A 3-megapixel autofocus camera, Voice Control feature, a built-in compass, accessibility features to assist users who are visually or hearing impaired - these as well as other innovations must ensure a further wave of interest in the Apple's new gadget. The number of iPhone 3G S to be supplied to retailers in June is about 9 million units - this is what the world's largest wireless service providers have applied for.
