BRIC Countries’ Leaders Will Look For Unconventional Ways Of Overcoming Financial Crisis

After the SCO summit's end on the eve of 16 June the meeting of leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, and China has begun. The Russians called this informal organisation a kind of influential interest club.

The Russian President said in his opening speech that "there was a long-felt need to discuss the situation in the world economy between the four of us". According to Dmitry Medvedev, coordination of activities in the format of BRIC will enable the countries to find unconventional solutions to the financial problems.
