Ugoria Insurance Opens the Door to Switzerland for Russian Citizens

Ugoria State Insurance Company has been accredited with the Visa Section of the Swiss Embassy in Russia. From now on Russian citizens travelling to Switzerland may present a Ugoria insurance policy when applying for a visa.

Swiss diplomats have estimated the conformity of the Ugoria insurance products to the international quality standards and acknowledged that the company's financial stability and reliability indicators meet all the requirements.

Ugoria's long-term experience in travel insurance has been taken into consideration.Ugoria representatives told RusBusinessNews that Switzerland is the fifth European country to issue such an accreditation for Ugoria. It has been previously accredited by Austria, Finland, Czech Republic and Latvia.

Ugoria is the only state insurance company in Russia; the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug is the sole shareholder in the company. Charter capital of Ugoria, founded in 1997, amounts to 1 billion 833 million roubles. Ugoria offers its services across 51 Russian regions.
