Russian Poultry Factories to be Modernised after the German Fashion23.06.2009 — News THE TYUMEN OBLAST. Tyumen-Fechta, a joint Russian-German venture, has launched the production of the new Big Dutchman equipment for poultry management. This equipment will triple the production capacity of the Russian poultry factories. The standard poultry house still used across Russia has two or three level cages of up to 2.5 metres high. The Tyumen plant will produce 8-level cage equipment. By using this equipment poultry factories won't need heating in winter, because the large number of poultry will provide the necessary temperature. According to what Big Dutchman representatives in the Urals told RusBusinessNews, the first client was the Nizhny Tagil poultry factory (the Sverdlovsk Oblast), where five facilities have been reconstructed. OOO Tyumen-Fechta, founded in 2001, is the Russian leader in the production of cage equipment for poultry factories. OAO Tyumenskie Motorostroiteli (The Tyumen Engine Builders), with a 49% share, and Germany's Big Dutchman (51%) are the company's founders. The production facilities are located on the premises of the Tyumenskie Motorostroiteli plant. |
