VSMPO-AVISMA confirms its status as one of the best employers in Russia

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, PJSC has been ranked in the Gold category of the rating for the best employers among Russia's largest companies. The rating was compiled by Forbes magazine.

 

Experts evaluated the participants based on the key elements of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda and classified them into Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze categories. Additionally, factors such as investments in employee training and development, well-being programs, and resilience in the face of external challenges were also considered. VSMPO-AVISMA was awarded a Platinum rating for both Environment (E) and Corporate Governance (G), and a Silver rating for Social Responsibility (S).

This high rating is a natural outcome of consistent and effective efforts. The press service of VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, PJSC informed RusBusinessNews that in recent years, the company has implemented several employee support programs, including annual wage indexation, educational initiatives aimed at enhancing skills, and opportunities for career advancement. Throughout the year, the corporation actively supports social and charitable initiatives, prioritises environmental care, and promotes the sustainable use of natural resources. In November, the company’s environmental management system was confirmed to meet the standards set by the International Certification Service. Additionally, the company continues to implement its housing infrastructure development program for employees in the areas where it operates. In Verkhnyaya Salda (Sverdlovsk region), two nine-storey residential buildings are planned for construction over the next two years.

 

It is worth noting that VSMPO-AVISMA has been included in the ranking of the best employers in Russia for the third consecutive year.
