A Three-Year "Social" Collective Agreement Signed at VSMPO-AVISMA

The VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, Public Joint-Stock Company has signed a corporate social responsibility agreement for the years 2025–2027. With the approval of shareholder Mikhail Shelkov, the company's investments in this area during this period will exceed 2.2 billion rubles annually. Under the previous collective agreement, these investments averaged 1.9 billion rubles per year. Over the 2022–2024 period, the company's social investments increased by 33%.

 

The new agreement includes provisions for voluntary health insurance, wellness and recreational programs for employees and their families, physical fitness and sports initiatives, and other forms of social support for employees and company veterans, as reported by the corporation's press service to RusBusinessNews.

All VSMPO-AVISMA employees receive a wide range of financial benefits: partial reimbursement for meal expenses, childbirth benefits, and monthly financial assistance for childcare from 1.5 to 3 years of age. Large families receive additional monthly allowances from the employer for each child. The agreement also provides for monthly financial support for retirees, among other benefits.
