All employees of VSMPO-AVISMA's production sites and subsidiaries in Verkhnyaya Salda (Sverdlovsk Region) and Berezniki (Perm Territory) will receive salary increases in 2025. The total indexation will amount to 9.52%, aligning with Russia's inflation rate for the previous year.

According to VSMPO-AVISMA’s press service, the salary adjustments will occur in two stages: a 6% increase from April 1 and an additional 3.52% from September 1. The decision has been made to enhance workforce stability and is based on a labour market analysis.

"Annual salary adjustments are a commitment that the company consistently upholds. We offer competitive compensation, which enables us not only to retain skilled professionals but also to attract new talent. We recognise that employee well-being directly influences productivity and job satisfaction. Our goal is to create an environment where every specialist feels valued and has opportunities for professional growth, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of our team," said Dmitry Trifonov, General Director of VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation.

In addition to the annual salary indexation, employees traditionally receive a "thirteenth salary."

"Overall, the company allocates approximately two billion rubles annually to its employee benefits package, which includes additional financial incentives, medical insurance, health support programmes, and various sports and cultural activities," added the press service.
