The Kurgan meat processing combine Veles opened a new plant in a Stuttgart suburb in the end of June 2009. The company informed RusBusinessNews that Germans will be able to by traditional for Russia slicing sausages - "Russkaya", "Doktorskaya", "Krakowksaya", milk sausages as well as oven roast ham and carbonade. The owner of the butcher shop is sure that Veles has a good chance to get a foothold in the German market. Butcher shop managers in Stuttgart, having tasted the sausages at a tasting, are ready to offer them in their shops.
