The Perm River Port May End Up in German Hands27.07.2009 — News THE PERM KRAI. Sauerbruch Hutton, a German company, is continuing to fight for the contract for the reconstruction of the Perm river port. Together with Project-Megan, a Russian company, the Germans have gone to the final round. Three companies from the UK, two from Russia, and one from Germany entered the first round of the competition held by the Government of the Perm Krai. At the moment the building houses the PERMM modern art museum managed by Marat Guelman. The museum informed RusBusinessNews that the second round will be held in September. The competing companies will present the finalised projects with detailed costs breakdown. After this the regional authorities will work on the issue of the timeframe and the volume of financing for the reconstruction. |
