First Cargo Company Provides Transportation Services for Evraz Group Export Contract

Starting September 2008 the Ekaterinburg branch of the OAO First Cargo Company has entered into cargo transportation contracts with more than 100 companies. Despite the financial crisis the First Cargo Company attracts large customers with its tariffs, extensive rolling stock and prompt service, Vladimir Chernikh, the Branch Director, told RusBusinessNews. First contracts have been signed with LUKOIL, NOVATEK, Sovfracht, EUROCEMENT, and Kuzbass coal carriers. In March 2009 Urals enterprises of Evraz Group shipped a large export batch of ferrous metals to the port of Novorossiysk. The Ekaterinburg branch of the OAO First Cargo Company provided metallurgists with over 150 open-box cars.
