With the view to increase the efficiency of work of the JSC Uralkali Board of Directors, a decision has been made to restructure its committees and change their membership. 

RusBusinessNews was informed that the following have been elected into the established Audit Committee: Hans Jochum Horn (Chair), Andrey Konogorov, Kuzma Marchuk, Ilya Yuzhanov. The Human Resources Committee now includes: Andrey Konogorov (Chair), Kuzma Marchuk, Vladimir Ruga, Dmitry Rybolovlev. The following have become members of the Investment and Development Committee: Kuzma Marchuk (Chair), Mikhail Antonov, Vladislav Baumgertner, Yuri Gavrilov, Andrey Konogorov.
