The Italian-Russian Economic Forum will take place in Ekaterinburg on 8 April 2009. The delegation of Italian businessman will be brought to the Urals by the Italian Minister of Economic Development Claudio Scajola and the Russian Minister for Industry and Trade Viktor Khristenko.

The guests will learn about the production and economic potential of the Sverdlovsk Oblast and the most significant Russian-Italian projects implemented in the region, RusBusinessNews was informed by the press office of the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade in Ekaterinburg. Negotiations between the industrialists will focus on the cooperation in metallurgy, machine building, metal processing, power engineering, and construction.
