About the agency

The RusBusinessNews Russian Information Agency was founded in 2008.

Mass Media Registration Сertificate IA No. FS 77-34828.

The "RusBusinessNews" material utility regulation:

1. The operation real rule is the full juridical and physical individuals coverage, including every mass media, websites, users, subscribers and "RusBusinessNews" website‘s readers.

2. The RBN materials are information report, commentary, analytic articles, tabular and graphic materials, interviews and every another material information (beyond theirs forms dependence) published in the website www.rusbiznews.ru, www.rusbiznews.com, de.rusbiznews.com, fr.rusbiznews.com, es.rusbiznews.com, cn.rusbiznews.com.

3. About materials using RBN treats every their reproduction (full or partial), diffusion, processing and others using methods. 

4. To reduce any RBN material or change its place without owner permission is not allowed. Use RBN material with distorted meaning, accent shifting, removing or adding forbidden comments, it's also prohibited. 

5. Each RBN utilized material must be provided with a hyperlink at the RBN website, the "RusBusinessNews" hyperlink leads to the website page where are placed the original dates. 

6. Using whatever RBN material, violating, in any manner, the present law points about the dates use, without licence possession, means to commit a crime toward OOO "RusBusinessNews" and can drag you responsibility in conformity with administrative, civic and criminal legislation of the Russian Federation.
